All XFAB® purchases shipping require shipping insurance to be included with each order. The price of shipping insurance will be calculated and included in the price for each shipping option. If your order is lost or damaged in transport please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices for shipping do not include customs, duties and taxes. The customer is solely responsible for customs clearance and all related costs.
DAP (Delivered at Place) Incoterms apply for shipments to European Union.
DWS ships purchases as soon as possible. The estimated delivery times are indicated for each product in the XFAB® Shop. Due to product availability, shipping uncertainties and circumstances outside his control, DWS cannot guarantee exact shipping dates.
Upon completing the order, you should receive a confirmation notice by e-mail after completing the transaction. In case the confirmation notice will not be received, please check for possible spam filtering or contact our customer care at email@example.com.
Returns & exchange
DWS S.r.l. accepts returns for unopened, unused, undamaged products within 30 days of the shipment date.
Returns must be authorized by DWS S.r.l. prior to the shipment. Please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason for the return, the details of your original order and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
After that, we will open a RMA procedure as a mandatory condition for accepting the return or exchange of the purchases. DWS S.r.l. will not accept returned items without RMA procedure been completed.
Goods must be unused, undamaged and complete with all parts and accessories in its original packaging and in the same condition you received them. Consumables will not be accepted if packaging or seals are opened.
In case of a return for repair covered by our one-year warranty, DWS S.r.l. will cover the costs of shipping within the shipping countries indicated in the Shipping Information page.
DWS S.r.l. is not responsible for any return shipping costs and any incidental fees or tariffs outside of the warranty and shipping countries indicated in the Shipping Information page. For returns of goods out of the one-year warranty, the customer is fully responsible for damage in transit and should insure the package for its value and pay all shipping and insurance costs. A shipment tracking service is warmly recommended.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your request for refund or exchange has been approved. DWS S.r.l. may charges a fee for missing or used accessories.
